Formal intake
Some teams prefer a written scope before connecting on LinkedIn. Email works well for that: send a brief on the problem, timeline, and team size. I respond with whether there is a fit and what a first milestone could look like — no decks required upfront.
What to include in your message
A few lines on the items below helps me respond quickly:
- What problem are you trying to solve? (multi-agent, fine-tuning, tool use, retrieval, evals)
- Engagement type: diagnostic, build sprint, or fractional lead?
- Rough timeline and team size
- US timezone overlap OK? (I offer 4h ET overlap daily)
- Current stack (LLM providers, agent framework, languages)
